Artistic Director
Erin Odell

Erin Odell is a third-generation barbershopper, growing up in both SPEBSQSA/BHS and Sweet Adelines, International. She joined her first chorus as a Sweet Adeline at the age of 16. She received her BA in Music Education and Piano Performance from Virginia Tech in 2005 and her Masters in Music Education from the University of Missouri, St. Louis (UMSL) in 2011. As a music educator, Erin has taught Pre-K-2 general music and choirs grades 4-12, private piano lessons, directed and coached barbershop choruses and quartets, and served as a clinician for many youth in harmony camps. As a singer, Erin has performed in many different ensembles in schools, churches, Sweet Adelines, and BHS including a 2nd place SAI International medalist chorus (Pride of Baltimore) and SAI Regional quartet champion (Shades of Jade). Erin currently teaches Aural Training at UMSL as well as directing Visions of Harmony and is a certified BHS Musicality Category judge.

Associate Director
Lauren Kilgore

Lauren Kilgore is a voice pedagogue, music educator, conductor, and performer with a passion for helping singers build healthy, expressive, and sustainable voices. She earned her B.S. in Vocal Music Education from Northwest Missouri State University and later completed her M.M. in Music Education at the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL). Lauren also holds certifications in Vocal Anatomy and Voice Pedagogy from the Voice Study Centre (University of Essex) and continues advanced study in contemporary voice science.

She has taught vocal music across multiple school districts and currently works as a private voice coach and clinician in the St. Louis area. In addition to her private studio work, she coaches barbershop quartets and choruses throughout the Barbershop Harmony Society, SingUnited International (Sweet Adelines International), and Harmony Inc., specializing in vocal efficiency, resonance, speech-level singing, ensemble artistry, and sustainability.
